MCRC - Multicultural Community Resource Center is excited to announce a new initiative that aligns with our โWelcomingโ values for our New American Families.
The โ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฌโ program is designed to meet the specific needs of families and individuals that are new to the United States and are our new Neighbors. We are looking for community members who are willing to help out - especially those with significant needs.
Currently, we have two brothers who came to us from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and were living in a refugee camp. Their journey has taken over 19 years to be admitted into the USA. They came to us with the clothes on their back, the shoes on their feet and only a few belongings.
